Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between IdeaScorer (hereinafter "the Provider") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to use the SaaS idea analysis services offered on ideascorer.io.
Article 2 - Services Offered
IdeaScorer offers the following services:
- One-shot Analysis (20€): A comprehensive analysis of a SaaS idea including 7 scoring categories, data from 5+ sources, recommendations and PDF export.
- Pro Subscription (30€/month): Unlimited analyses, in-depth AI analysis, history and comparison, priority support.
Article 3 - Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes. Payment is made online by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe.
The Pro subscription is automatically renewed each month. The Client may cancel at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting support.
Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent.
However, IdeaScorer offers a 14-day money-back guarantee upon simple request to contact@ideascorer.io.
Article 5 - Service Delivery
The analysis report is available immediately after payment. Access is provided via a unique link sent by email.
Article 6 - Liability
The analyses provided by IdeaScorer are based on publicly accessible data and artificial intelligence algorithms. They constitute a decision-making aid and do not guarantee the commercial success of a project.
The Provider shall not be held liable for decisions made by the Client based on the analyses provided.
Article 7 - Intellectual Property
Ideas submitted by the Client remain their exclusive property. IdeaScorer commits to not disclosing, using or reselling the analyzed ideas.
Article 8 - Personal Data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Article 9 - Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
